Business plans
EB-2 NIW, L-1A and L-1B, E-2, O-1A and EB-1A, written from your profile or your business, with revisions included in the scope. We also revise plans for RFEs and write plans for visa extensions and renewals.
Every project is unique: 100% custom-built for your case or business.
We guide every project from start to delivery: business plans, Professional Plans, economic impact studies, recommendation letters and translations, for clients who want to immigrate, start a business or expand in the U.S.
EB-2 NIW, L-1A and L-1B, E-2, O-1A and EB-1A, written from your profile or your business, with revisions included in the scope. We also revise plans for RFEs and write plans for visa extensions and renewals.
For companies raising capital, seeking financing, expanding or leasing a new space: market, operations and numbers in a plan built for your business.
For EB-2 NIW and EB-1A petitions: your track record, your endeavor and what you will do in the United States, in a document written from your profile.
A study estimating the jobs, earnings and output the project is expected to generate, based on the Bureau of Economic Analysis RIMS II multipliers and the plan's projections.
Documents translated into English with the translator's certification of competence and accuracy, as USCIS requires.
Clear letters in each signer's own voice, built with the people who sign them and grounded in their real experience and views.
We do not work from ready-made templates. Every plan starts from the client's professional profile, experience and the business they will run.
Your education, experience and results shape the services, the team and the numbers in the plan.
Data on your industry, city and competitors, with the source of every figure in a footnote.
A custom financial model, with five-year projections and year one month by month in the Appendix (E-2 plans show the annual view only).
We believe rework is expensive: every round of changes costs time and money. That is why the plan is built for the case from the first page.
Sources cited in our plans
We also use official data from the Census Bureau, the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the Bureau of Economic Analysis, the Small Business Administration and the IRS.
The typical timeline for a complete business plan, counted from the day we receive the documents.
You send your résumé, questionnaire and any letters you already have.
We define the business, the market and the numbers with you, and with your attorney if you have one.
Research, financial model and narrative, with the source of each figure in a footnote.
Revisions with you and your attorney, if you have one, and delivery of a plan ready for the petition.

We draft the business plan around your case strategy, with the financial model and every source cited. Plans stay factual and operational, with no legal argument and no promotional language.
Nextus Plan is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice.

Nextus Plan is a U.S.-based company formed by professionals with more than 20 years of business experience and more than 1,000 business plans written for immigration. With a highly qualified team, we develop plans for immigration cases and for companies looking to attract investors, secure financing or expand their operations. Every project includes market research, a custom financial model and a careful review before delivery.
We work side by side with immigration law firms and with people who file their own petition (self-petition). We help define the scope of the project and structure the business.
We work in English, Portuguese or Spanish, online or in person in the Orlando area, by appointment. Every plan is written in English, the language of the petition.
The timeline for the first version is set according to the needs of your case. In most cases, it is ready about 10 days after we receive the documents. When a case calls for it, we have delivered in less than 5 days, with the same quality standard.
No. No one can guarantee it: the decision rests with USCIS or the consulate. What we do is build a plan 100% aligned with the case strategy, drawing on what we have observed in our clients' approvals. In our work with partner attorneys, more than 90% of the cases decided so far have been approved.
Not necessarily. We work with the attorney on the case when there is one, and we also serve self-petitioners. Nextus Plan is not a law firm and does not provide legal or immigration advice: the strategy of the case rests with whoever prepares the petition.
In English, the language of the petition. We work with you in English, Portuguese or Spanish, from the first contact to delivery.
Whichever you prefer. Most take place by video call, and in the Orlando area we also meet in person by appointment, Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Revisions are included in the contracted scope, for the same business and visa. A new business or visa category requires a new plan.
A business plan describes a company: market, operations, team and five years of numbers. A Professional Plan presents the track record and proposed endeavor of someone working as a professional, with or without a company of their own. The choice follows the case strategy, set by the attorney or, in a self-petition, by you.
No. Every plan is written for the client's profile, experience and business, with its own research and numbers. The order of the sections follows the visa category and, when there is an attorney, their instructions, but the content always comes from your case.
Yes. Plans for companies are used to raise capital, apply for a loan, expand a brand, lease commercial space or plan the next step. See plans for companies.
It depends on the type of plan and the scope. We send a proposal after the assessment, with no obligation.
Yes. Case documents are used only for the work we were hired to do, and your case never appears in a portfolio or in marketing material.
It only takes a minute. The message opens in your WhatsApp or email already filled in, and nothing is sent until you confirm.
