Each letter in the voice of the person who signs it.
We help each signer turn what they have seen of your work into a clear letter that they review, edit and sign.
Step by step
- Step 1
Who can write
You list who can write and each person's relationship to your work.
- Step 2
What each one saw
Together with you, we map out what each signer witnessed, and the signer confirms each point.
- Step 3
Draft
With the points confirmed, we write an English draft for the signer to review.
- Step 4
Review and signature
The signer has the final word: they correct, approve and sign on their own letterhead.
The rules we follow in every letter
We follow these rules in every letter.
I supervised Mr. Silva from 2018 2017 to 2022, when he coordinated the automation upgrade at our Campinas plant. I approved the project budget myself and reviewed its results every month.
Under his coordination, unplanned downtime on Line 3 fell by about a third in two years.
- The letter reflects the signer's real experience and views.
- Only what the signer has confirmed goes into the letter.
- Each signer writes in their own way. Similar letters with only the names swapped weaken the petition.
- The attorney, or you in a self-petition, decides which letters go in and how each one is used.
Let's get started
Send us the list of potential signers and each one's relationship to your work. We reply with the timeline and a proposal. To translate a letter already written in Portuguese or Spanish, see translations.
